First to Market with Build-for-Stock Vessels

Penguin’s internally funded build-for-stock programme enables our customers to purchase or charter proven vessel types without the lengthy lead times and uncertain outcomes typically associated with newbuild projects.

Our standardised FLEX crewboats and FLEX FIGHTER security vessels can be completed as quickly as nine months from keel laying to commissioning, compared with the typical 12 to 14 months required by most conventional shipyards.

This approach allows ship owners to expand their fleets more rapidly while benefiting from mature designs with established operational track records.

Modern Facilities Backed by Proven Expertise

Our shipbuilding facilities feature extensive aluminium fabrication workshops, dual overhead cranes, marine travelifts ranging from 250 to 700 tons, and fully developed waterfront infrastructure.

In Singapore, our shipyard is powered substantially by solar energy and includes a new 399-man waterfront dormitory to support operational efficiency and workforce welfare.
